Introduction
These Clinic Terms and Conditions apply to all consultations, treatments and services provided by Prime Aesthetics Clinic Ltd (“we”, “us” or “our”), a company registered in England and Wales under company number 10451638.
By booking an appointment, attending a consultation or receiving treatment, you acknowledge that treatment outcomes vary between individuals, that no results can be guaranteed, and that all treatments remain subject to consultation, suitability assessment and informed consent.
Consultations
Consultation fees may apply and are payable in advance unless otherwise stated. Consultation fees are non-refundable. Where applicable, consultation fees may be redeemable against treatment if booked within the stated period.
All treatments remain subject to professional assessment and suitability.
Suitability for Treatment
We reserve the right to refuse, postpone or discontinue treatment where it is considered clinically inappropriate, unsafe or not in your best interests.
Treatment recommendations are based on the information provided by you and our professional assessment at the time.
Medical Disclosure
Clients must provide complete and accurate medical information, including any medical conditions, allergies, medications or changes in health before treatment.
Failure to disclose relevant information may affect treatment suitability, safety and outcomes and may limit our responsibility for any resulting complications.
Payments
Payment for all treatments is due in full at the time of the appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Treatment packages must be paid in full, or under an agreed payment arrangement, before treatment begins.
Deposits
Deposits may be required to secure appointments. Deposits are refundable if you give at least 48 hours’ notice before your treatment.
Treatment Packages
Treatment packages may be subject to expiry dates. Unless otherwise stated, packages of six sessions or fewer are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase and packages of twelve sessions are valid for twenty-four months from the date of purchase.
Any unused sessions after expiry will be forfeited.
Where a treatment package has been purchased and no sessions have been used, clients may request cancellation within fourteen days of purchase. If any treatment has been used, those sessions will be charged at the standard pay-as-you-go rate and any remaining balance may be subject to reasonable administrative deductions.
Treatment packages, credits and unused balances are otherwise non-refundable and non-transferable.
Cancellations and Missed Appointments
We require a minimum of forty-eight hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in loss of deposit, forfeiture of the appointment or treatment session, or a cancellation charge.
Non-attendance without notice will be treated as a missed appointment and charges may still apply.
Appointment reminders may be sent as a courtesy, but it remains the client’s responsibility to attend and keep a record of their appointment.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive late for your appointment, we may need to shorten or reschedule your treatment. Full charges may still apply.
Practitioner Requests
While we will always try to accommodate requests for a particular practitioner, we cannot guarantee treatment by any specific individual.
Refunds
Completed treatments are non-refundable except where required by law.
Treatment courses and packages are non-refundable and non-transferable except in genuine medical circumstances supported by satisfactory medical evidence.
Retail products purchased in clinic are non-refundable unless faulty or otherwise required by law.
Treatment Outcomes
Results vary between individuals and cannot be guaranteed.
Treatment outcomes depend on several factors including medical history, lifestyle, aftercare compliance and individual response.
Risks and Complications & Aftercare
All aesthetic and medical treatments carry inherent risks, complications and possible adverse reactions. Known and unforeseen complications may occur despite appropriate care and professional treatment.
Treatment-specific risks, expected outcomes, contraindications and aftercare requirements will be discussed during consultation and may also be set out in any treatment-specific consent forms or documentation provided to you.
By proceeding with treatment, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to ask questions, understand the nature of the treatment, and provide informed consent.
Clients must follow all aftercare advice and instructions provided. Failure to do so may affect treatment results and may limit our ability to assess or accept responsibility for complications arising from non-compliance.
Clinical Photography
Photographs may be taken for clinical records, treatment monitoring and assessment.
Separate express consent will always be obtained for any marketing or promotional use.
Review Appointments
Where review appointments form part of a treatment, they must be attended within the advised review period. Any additional treatment or adjustments outside that period may be chargeable.
Age Restrictions
We do not provide injectable or regulated aesthetic treatments to anyone under the age of eighteen.
Proof of age may be required where appropriate.
Children in Clinic
Children must not be left unattended in the clinic and are not permitted in treatment rooms unless expressly agreed.
Gift Vouchers
Gift vouchers are valid for twelve months from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Gift vouchers are non-refundable, non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Complaints
If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of your treatment or service, you should raise your concerns with us as soon as possible.
Complaints should be submitted in writing to info@primeaesthetics.co.uk and will be handled in accordance with our Complaints Procedure, which is available on request or on our website.
Limitation of Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded.
Subject to this, our liability in relation to treatments and services shall be limited to the amount paid for the relevant treatment or service.
Governing Law
These Clinic Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
