This Clinic is owned and operated by Prime Aesthetics Clinic LTD registered at 1 Suffolk Way, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1YL . Trading address is 7a London Road Sevenoaks TN13 1AH. The terms “we”, “us” , “the company” and “our” refer to Prime Aesthetics Clinic LTD. Prime Aesthetics Clinic LTD offers our services, including all information, tools and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions and policies.

By contacting us either electronically such as social media, telephone and or visiting our clinic and or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site and clients, including without limitation users who are online browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. Our goods and services are strictly in acceptance with our terms and conditions and without limitation. Please ensure that you have read and fully understood all our terms and conditions prior to booking any treatment.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site and our services and or purchase of our goods. Please note some of our products and services carry a minimum age requirement of eighteen.

Refund Policy

Prime Aesthetics Clinic do not offer refunds for treatment received. However, if you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing a course of treatment if no sessions have been redeemed you are entitled to a full refund. If for any medical reason you are advised not to continue with your course of treatments, please obtain a medical report from your doctor. If you have used any sessions then this will be deducted from your refund value as a pay as you go full individual cost.  Due to clients safety,  we are unable to offer refunds on retail products purchased. Prime Aesthetics Clinic cannot be held responsible for any unknown side effects which may occur as a result of having laser treatments. Non- attended appointments not cancelled within terms will count as a treatment used.There will be an admin cost of £50 if refunds are issued.

If you wish to amend your package or request a refund Prime Aesthetics clinics can help to assist within the first 14 days of purchase.

Clinic Transfer Policy

Please note we cannot transfer treatments from client to client due to treatment records and clients must continue and finish their course at the chosen/paid clinic.

If you wish to transfer, it must be a new treatment or course.

Payment

We accept payment in the form of cash UK Sterling, debit card and all major credit cards. Please read our  privacy policy on how we handle your data.

Consultations

For new clients, we offer a consultation at a charge of £50 so we can evaluate your skin with our state of the art skin scanner and discuss any concerns in order to recommend the right treatments and or products to move you forward in your aesthetics journey. The consultation charge is for the practitioners’ time only and does not guarantee any outcomes. the fee of £50 can be used against any  treatment on the day only.  £50 is non-refundable.

New clients looking for injectables and other services from our Doctor, must undertake a mandatory consultation with the Doctor at a charge of £50. This charge is for the Doctors time only however, the fee of £50 can be used against any injectable treatment on the day or, within one month of the initial consultation. The Doctor is a third party representative of our clinic and is indemnified accordingly.

Appointments

  • Please provide as much notice as possible, if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, so that we may make best use of our appointment diary.
  • Our services are in strictly in accordance with the individual terms and disclaimer of the treatment that will be explained during your consultation and or prior to treatment. We do not accept any liability for not meeting your expectations what so ever. Please remember, your skin is a journey and can take time to reach a desired outcome. Once delivered, Treatments are strictly non-refundable in part or, in whole.

Appointments (Doctor)

  • New patient consultations with the doctor are £50 as per the terms above.
  • We ask for a £50 deposit to secure a booking, redeemable on attendance against your treatment. Please note in the event that your appointment is missed, then the £50 will be used against the cost of the treatment.
  • Prime Aesthetics operates a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you do not attend a booked appointment, and fail to advise us in advance, a £50 non-refundable booking fee will be charged to make another appointment. If we hold a deposit on account this will be forfeited.
  • If you are undergoing a course of treatment as part of a package, and fail to attend or do not provide 48 hours notice of cancellation or change, the treatment will be forfeited.
  • Please do NOT attend the clinic for an appointment if you are unwell. If you are unsure, please call and discuss. Many treatments are contraindicated if you are unwell; this includes colds, cold sores or local skin infections.
  • Routine review appointments are offered after treatment with Botulinum Toxin as a courtesy. If you are unable to attend the review appointment at 2-3 weeks, no additional treatment or ‘top up’ is provided once the review period of 2-3 weeks has passed.
  • New patients are seen for consultation and assessment; treatment is not recommended on the first visit, to allow adequate cooling off period, but may be provided if the patient and practitioner deem suitable.

Cancellation Policy

We do understand that sometimes an appointment cannot be kept, that is why we accept cancellation or change of appointments up to 48 hours before your appointment. A session will be redeemed or a charge will be applicable for clients who do not provide 48 hours’ notice. Depending on whether you are on a course of treatments or purchasing a single session:

  • If you give at least 48 hours’ notice of cancellation no penalty will be incurred.
  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment or do not show up for your booked appointment, then you will lose that session or your deposit paid at time of booking.

COVID update on refunds

Due to the pandemic Prime Aesthetics Clinic Limited are not able to refund for anyone who is relocating. We are not able to transfer your remaining package to a friend or family member.

Information

  • All patients are required to provide contact details; including address, telephone and email in order to secure an appointment.
  • All clients will complete a Medical history form at their first appointment, this is necessary to inform the consultation and treatment planning process.
  • All information will be treated as confidential and protected in accordance with Data Protection legislation
  • Patient information will not be shared with third parties without written permissions and you will not receive unsolicited information from us.
  • You may choose to remove yourself from our mailing list at any time, by unsubscribing.

New Patient – Telephone Consultation

New patients, seeking advice from a practitioner in a telephone discussion, require a diary appointment of 30 minutes. Patients must be available at the call. A charge of £30 is made, payable in advance, it will be mitigated against the missed appointment, if you are not available to take the call. Our terms of our consultation remains as per the consultation paragraph.

Children

We do not treat children or young adults under the age of 18 without prior arrangement or parent consent.

Please do not bring children to the clinic unless they are old enough to be left unsupervised. We accept no responsibility for children left unattended. Liability for children’s conduct, remains with the parent or guardian.

Children will not be allowed to accompany you into the treatment rooms.

Payment

  • Consultations with the doctor will be subject to a fee from £50, payable on booking. This is redeemable against treatment carried out on the day or within one month of consultation.
  • You will be advised of the full costs of any treatment plan proposed and agreed, including that of any maintenance treatment, before any treatment is undertaken in the consultation.
  • Payment is taken, in full at the time of treatment.
  • Deposits are non-refundable, it will be kept on account and used towards your next booking.

Whilst we undertake to provide excellent service; factual, honest and ethical advice, safe, expert treatment in experienced hands and only the best products, we cannot guarantee your results and cannot offer refunds if the results achieved fail to meet your expectations.

Packages including, GoCardless monthly payment offer.

Please note, that packages have the following expiration date; a package of 6 or less is twelve months from the date of purchase. A package of 12 is twenty four months from the date of purchase.

Save, for GoCardless direct debit offer, packages are to be paid in full.

For GoCardless offer, the appropriate deposit is taken on the day and the direct debit must be set up prior to your next treatment. If, the direct debit is not set up or, is cancelled during the course, the treatments taken, and any additional services and skincare given, will become chargeable at full price, and any package discounts will be lost.

All deposits, payments towards packages are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.

Gift Cards & Vouchers

Gift Cards are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase. We kindly ask that you look after your gift card as if they are cash. Unfortunately, we are unable to replace lost, stolen or damaged cards.

Gift Card balances are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Any funds left on the card after the expiry date will be void. Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with certain in-store offers. Furthermore, Gift Vouchers cannot be transferred in part or, in whole to any other person.

Appointment Confirmation Emails

All appointment times are confirmed at time of booking. Whilst we will always endeavour to remind customers by confirmation email at the time of booking and a 48 hour reminder email, prior to their treatment, we ask all clients to keep a record of their appointment. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept responsibility for missed appointments due to prior confirmation issues.

Friend Referral

  1. Referrer must be an existing client of Prime Aesthetics
  2. Credit is valid for 12 months.
  3. Credit is only valid once the New Client purchases their first treatment. Minimum spend is £100.
  4. There is no maximum number of friends you can refer.
  5. Promotional discount vouchers cannot be redeemed against retail products or injectables.
  6. No cash alternative can be offered.
  7. Refer a friend digital card must be shown in clinic to redeem.
