Welcome to Prime Aesthetics Clinic. Our goal is to provide you with high-quality care and treatments. Please take a moment to review our terms and conditions, as they ensure transparency and clarity for both parties.

Overview

Prime Aesthetics Clinic LTD operates under the following terms and conditions, which apply to all users, whether browsing, booking, or receiving treatments. By interacting with us (e.g., visiting the clinic, purchasing a service, or contacting us), you agree to these terms. Some treatments and services may have additional specific terms that will be explained during consultations.

Refund Policy

We aim to ensure satisfaction with our services; however, the following policies apply to refunds:

  • Treatments Received: Refunds are not offered for treatments already provided.
  • Courses of Treatments: Save for medical reasons (please see below) course are strictly non refundable or transferable.
  • Medical Exceptions: Refunds may be considered for medical reasons upon submission of a doctor’s report.
  • Retail Products: Due to safety and hygiene, retail product purchases are non-refundable.
  • Admin Fee: A £50 administration fee applies to refunds.

GoCardless packages

Terms & Conditions

Please note deposits are strictly non-refundable, either in full or in part including non- transferable. A cancellation of the GoCardless package, or failure to set up the direct debit, may result in cancellation of the service offered and loss of your deposit. Direct Debit Payments In the event that a standing order payment fails (bounces), a charge of £25 will be applied for each failed attempt. This fee will be added to your account and must be settled promptly to avoid any further action.

Prime Aesthetics Clinic do not offer refunds for treatment received. However, if you change your mind within 14 days of purchasing a course of treatment if no sessions have been redeemed you are entitled to a full refund. Non- attended appointments not cancelled within terms will count as a treatment used.

Appointments and Cancellations

We value your time and ask for your cooperation in managing appointments:

  • Appointment Changes: Please notify us at least 48 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. This helps us make the most of our appointment slots.
  • Missed Appointments: Failing to cancel within 48 hours or missing an appointment will result in the session being forfeited or a charge of £50.
Deposits for missed doctor consultations are non-refundable.
  • Unwell Clients: If you’re unwell (e.g., colds, cold sores, infections), please call to reschedule. Many treatments are not recommended when you’re sick.

Consultations

We offer consultations to ensure the best

  • General Consultations: £50, redeemable against treatments if booked the same day. Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Doctor Consultations: £50, redeemable against injectable treatments on the same day or within one month.Deposit is non-refundable.
  • Telephone Consultations: £30, payable in advance and non-refundable if the call is missed.

These fees cover the practitioner or doctor’s time and expertise.

Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full at the time of treatment.
  • We accept cash (UK Sterling), debit cards, and major credit cards and Amex.
  • Deposits are non-refundable but can be used for future bookings.
  • Packages must be paid in full or sign up to of standing order agreement before treatments begin and are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Children

For safety and compliance:

  • We do not treat clients under 18 without prior parental consent.
  • Children are not allowed in treatment rooms and must not be left unattended in the clinic.

Gift Cards and Vouchers

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced.
  • Gift cards cannot be used with certain promotional offers or transferred to another person.

Friend Referral Program

  • Refer a friend, and you’ll receive a credit once they purchase their first treatment (minimum spend £100).
  • Credits are valid for 12 months and cannot be redeemed for cash.

Important Notes

  • Keep track of your appointment times. While we send reminders, we cannot be held responsible for missed appointments.
  • Packages have expiration dates:6 sessions or fewer: valid for 12 months. 12 sessions: valid for 24 months.
  • Treatments and results vary based on individual factors. Please discuss expectations during your consultation.
