Clinic Terms and Conditions


This Clinic is owned operated by Prime Aesthetics Clinic LTD registered address 1 Suffolk Way, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1YL . Trading address is 7a London Road Sevenoaks TN13 1AH. The terms “we”, “us” , “the company” and “our” refer to Prime Aesthetics Clinic LTD. Prime Aesthetics Clinic LTD offers our services, including all information, tools and services available to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions and policies.

By contacting us either electronically such as social media, telephone and or visiting our clinic and or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms and Conditions apply to all users of the site and clients, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms and Conditions are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms and Conditions Please ensure that you have read and fully understood all our terms and conditions them prior to booking any treatment.

By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site. Please note some of our products and services carries a minimum age requirement of eighteen.


We accept payment in the form of cash UK Sterling, debit card and all major credit cards. At present we regret we are unable to accept Amex. Please read our privacy policy on how we handle your data.


For new clients we offer a consultation at a charge of £25 so we can evaluate your concern and recommend treatments and or products to move you forward in your aesthetics journey. The consultation charge is for the practitioners’ time only and is non-refundable. For information on warranty and liability of products and services please refer to our main terms and conditions.

New clients looking for injectables and other services from our in resident Doctor must undertake a mandatory consultation with the Doctor at a charge of £50. This charge is for the Doctors time only however, the fee of £50 can be refunded off any injectable treatment, within 7 days of initial consultation. The residence Doctor is a third party representative of our clinic and is indemnified accordingly. Full details can be obtained during said consultation and please also refer back to our main terms and conditions.


Please note in addition to our main refund policy we are happy to exchange unused product(s) purchased in error through the clinic and returned accordingly. All exchanges must be agreed prior and the product(s) must be in a saleable condition including packaging and be returned to the clinic at the clients expense.

We do not offer refunds on any treatments received or products used. However, if you change your mind about a purchased treatment within 14 days and no sessions have been redeemed, we are happy to exchange it for another treatment or product or offer you a credit note. If for any medical reason you are advised not to continue with your course of treatments, please obtain a medical record report from your doctor. The unredeemed sessions will be refunded proportionally.

Cancellation Policy

A session will be redeemed or a charge will be applicable for candidates who do not provide 24 hours’ notice. Depending on whether you are on a course of treatments or purchasing a single session:

  • If you give 24 hours’ notice no penalty will be incurred
  •  If you cancel less than 24 hours for your booked appointment, then you will lose that session from your package, or 50% of the treatment will be charged
  • If you do NOT SHOW for your appointment, a single treatment will be removed from your package or full payment of the treatment will be required

Special conditions

Please notify us before booking your treatments if you have high blood pressure, special physical concerns, diabetes, or are you are pregnant.


While we will make every effort to meet your request, we cannot guarantee a specific practitioner. All practitioners are always trained in all undertaken treatments and protocols to ensure your comfort and treatment efficacy.

Make up

Please be advised make-up, deodorant, perfume, and oil-based products must be removed prior to treatments. Practitioners will cleanse the area, however we cannot be help responsible for all of the above products that may lay dormant in the skin pores and can cause an adverse reaction.

Liability Policy

We will not be liable in contract, tort or otherwise for any economic loss (including, without limitation, loss of profit), or for any other special, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of, or in connection with, its provision of any goods and/or services to the client. Please read our main terms and conditions.

It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that he/she provide us with all relevant medical details prior to each treatment. We will not be liable for any damage that occurs as a result of the client’s failure to disclose such details.

The client agrees to comply with all instructions and/or recommendations given to them by, or on behalf of, Prime Aesthetics regarding the care of a treated area.


We aim to provide the best possible service and care to you when delivering a consultation or treatment.
In the event that you are unhappy with any aspect of the service provided, you should speak to the appropriate clinic manager or their designated deputy as soon as possible.
